18 NCAC 07I .0407           STEPS BEFORE COMMITTING AN ELECTRONIC JOURNAL ENTRY

Before committing an electronic journal entry, a notary public shall:

(1)           review the information entered for accuracy; and

(2)           correct any errors in the entry.
